What is White Coat Commons
White Coat Commons is a purpose-built outpatient clinical hub in Tucson, Arizona, offering flexible exam rooms, consultation spaces, and professional advisory services to independent healthcare providers. Members range from launching solo practitioners to established providers scaling their practice.
Who can use the space?
WCC is built for licensed independent healthcare providers practicing in Arizona. We welcome a wide variety of specialties - primary care, behavioral health, nursing, therapy, telehealth providers needing occasional in-person space, and more. If you're unsure whether you're a fit, schedule a tour and we'll talk it through.
Where is White Coat Commons located?
We're located in Tucson, Arizona, directly next door to Sonora Quest Labs and adjacent to Northwest Hospital. Specific address provided when you schedule a tour.
How do I book the space?
Bookings are handled through our online booking platform once you're an approved member. Tours and initial inquiries can be scheduled by call, text, email, or through our website.
Will my patient appointments go through White Coat Commons' system?
No. White Coat Commons handles room booking only. Your patient appointments, scheduling, records, and communications stay entirely within your own practice management system. We don't see, store, or process any patient information.
Can I book the space for recurring use?
Yes. Many members book recurring time blocks (same day/time weekly or monthly). Reach out and we'll build a schedule that works for your practice.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM (MST). Access during these hours is via your unique entry code, issued per booking.
What do I need to provide before using the space?
Before any patients are seen at WCC, members must provide: a signed space-use agreement, current Certificate of Insurance showing professional liability coverage, verification of active Arizona licensure, NPI number, and completed payment setup.
Can I use the WCC address as my business or practice address?
No. WCC does not provide an address of record for business registration, state or federal licensing, DEA registration, or statutory agent services. Affiliate Members may reference their affiliation with WCC in marketing materials, with attorney-approved language provided at sign-up.
Are controlled substances permitted on premises?
Storage of controlled substances on premises is not permitted. If your practice involves administering controlled substances during patient visits, please discuss your specific workflow during your tour so we can determine fit.
What's the difference between Affiliate Membership and Space-Use Bookings?
Affiliate Membership ($149/month) provides professional affiliation with WCC plus discounts on space and consulting — best for providers in the build-up phase before regular space use. Space-Use Bookings let you reserve rooms by the hour or block. Many members do both.
Do I have to be a member to book space?
No. You can book space as a non-member at standard rates. Affiliate Members receive 15% off all space-use bookings, which often pays for the membership at moderate usage levels.
What kind of consulting do you offer?
Strategic advisory focused on business development, vendor strategy, and program development for independent healthcare practices. All consulting is strategic in scope — we don't manage clinical operations, billing, or patient information.
How do I get started with consulting?
Book a Discovery Call ($125) for a focused 45-minute conversation about your specific situation. From there we can determine whether a Strategic Session, Scoped Engagement, or Ongoing Advisory relationship fits best.
How do I schedule a tour?
Call, text, or email - tour scheduling is the easiest way to see the space and talk through what fits your practice. Tours are always complimentary.
