White Coat Commons is designed to make getting established in a professional practice environment simple. Whether you need space for an occasional patient visit, a recurring schedule, or a more consistent practice home, we'll help you find the right fit.
Getting Started
Step 1: Reach Out
Call, text, or email to schedule a complimentary tour. We'll respond within one business day to find a time that works for you.
Step 2: Tour the Space
Your in-person tour takes about 30 minutes. We'll walk through the available spaces, answer your questions, and talk about your practice, workflow, schedule, and patient needs.
Step 3: Choose Your Setup
We'll discuss the best way to use WCC based on your practice and how often you need space. Options may include:
- Flexible space-use bookings by the block or day
- Recurring practice schedules
- Dedicated arrangements for providers who need space multiple days per week
- Additional practice-development support when appropriate
You can start with what you need now and adjust your arrangement as your practice grows.
Step 4: Complete Your Documentation
Before access is granted, we'll collect and review the required professional credentials, insurance documentation, and applicable agreements. This helps protect you, your patients, and WCC.
Step 5: Set Up Payment
Your applicable membership fees and/or space-use charges are handled through secure automated payment. Payment requirements will be explained before you begin.
Step 6: Get Oriented
Once your documentation and payment setup are complete, you'll receive your access information and an orientation to the space.
Step 7: Start Practicing
Reserve your space, arrive at a professional, ready-to-use environment, and focus on your patients.
