Exam Room 4

Our largest exam space, designed for procedures, aesthetics, and treatments that need extra room to work. WCC provides an exam table, a built-in work counter for staging supplies and instruments, a dedicated documentation desk and rolling chair, and a hand hygiene station with sink and supplies.

Best for: 

Aesthetic injectors and med-spa providers, IV therapy and infusion services, wound care, minor in-office procedures, hormone optimization treatments, and any practice where presentation and working space matter as much as function.

 Private Office

A calm, comfortable consultation space designed for visits that don't require a clinical exam setup. WCC provides two matching armchairs, a low coffee table, and a soothing atmosphere built for conversation. Acoustic privacy and a softer, less clinical feel make this room well-suited for meaningful, sensitive, and confidential work.

Best for: 

Telehealth providers needing occasional in-person visits, behavioral health and therapy sessions, mental health consultations, specialty consultations, nursing intake and follow-up visits, and any provider whose work centers on conversation rather than physical exam.

 Provider Workspace

A flexible shared workspace designed for the non-patient hours of your practice - charting, documentation, virtual meetings, and focused administrative time. WCC provides two sit-to-stand adjustable desks separated by adjustable acoustic panels that can be configured for privacy or open collaboration depending on your needs.

Book a single desk for solo work, or reserve both desks for full-room privacy and uninterrupted focus.
